Babylon 5

I’ve been re-watching this Sci-Fi series. I’m a true fan of the series and I don’t recall being so stuck to the screen for a long time now. Maybe this enthusiasm is comparable to the one I had for series like Battlestar Gallatica (original) or Blue Thunder (Raio Azul).

Anyway, Babylon 5 is stayed in my memory as one of my favorites, mainly because of the concept and the story itself. Basically everything in that place is politics and, as G’Kar once said, nobody there is what they appear to be.

Conspiracies, influences, searches for power, corruption, games of interest, everything day-today things which, placed on the futuristic scenario of a space, multi-species civilization, turns out into a perfectly possible story. Maybe my pragmatic and my dreamer sides teamed up together to make me like this series…
